According to Statistica, an online portal which gains insights and facts across 600 industries and 50+ countries suggests that some 4.78 billion people worldwide will be connected to mobile phones as of 2020.
It makes sense, just take a second to think just how many people have access to a smart phone. And with each monthly contract ending has become an important time for the consumer because it is the time when the necessity to upgrade to a newer, better, faster phone is seen as an absolute no brainer.
And daily life is becoming more attached to your phone.
Independent Apps such as Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat are finding new ways to keep your on their platforms for longer simply because advertisers will want to spend more money with them.
Convince & Convert claims that 40% of shoppers consult at least one social or search channel as they shop and that 4 out of 5 shoppers use their smartphones as part of their regular consuming habits.

It's a simple solution. Purchasing whatever they need without thinking about it.
